The world feels broken right now

Feeling emotional? It’s entirely ok to feel that way.

Between what’s happening with the pandemic, war in Eastern Europe, and so much unrest right here at home in Canada, I feel overwhelmed too.

What helps me is creating a safe space to process those feelings. 

I find 10 minutes, pick up a pen and a piece of paper, and sit quietly.

From the silence, I move to mindful doodling. It helps me process emotions and convert negative feelings into a more neutral place. 

Through the simple, tactile, mindful act of putting pen to paper, I remember what I can and cannot control.

It’s no secret that doodling is my passion. And I want as many people to try it as possible! That’s why I created the free 5-day Doodle Breaks Challenge so anyone can access doodling for stress relief, productivity and creativity.
